Bradley K. Walton is a co-founder and President of Signature Advisors Group, Ltd. Mr. Walton is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CFP® professional, General Securities Representative (Series #7), General Securities Principal (Series #24), Municipal Fund Securities Principal (Series #51) Investment Advisor Representative (Series #65), and Insurance Producer. He also holds designations as an AICPA Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS).
A Bronze Tablet graduate of the University of Illinois, College of Business, Mr. Walton received the AICPA's Elijah Watts Sells award in 1984. Prior to establishing Signature Advisors Group, Mr. Walton practiced in the areas of income tax, estate and personal financial planning with a "Big Eight" firm, another major national accounting firm and as an independent financial advisor.
Throughout his career, Mr. Walton has been active in numerous professional organizations. This has led him to serving on several committees, including the AICPA Trust, Estate & Gift Tax Committee, the Illinois CPA Society Estate Tax and Personal Financial Planning Committee, the AALU Business and Estate Planning Committee, Family Business Association of Illinois Board of Directors, and various committees of the Illinois CPA Society.
Bradley lives in Des Plaines, Illinois with his wife. When he is not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and his dog.
